Is Glossier worth it?

Hi guys. So basically both on Skincarisma and on here now it says that all three of the Glossier Super Serums are fungal acne safe, even though it used to say that one of them wasn't. Maybe they changed the formulation? Idk. Point is, I run out of my niacinamide serum, I'm about to run out of my hyauloronic acid serum, and I do have a vitamin c serum already (The Ordinary 8% + arbutin), but I don't like it, it's doing nothing for me. Glossier is very expensive in the UK, it used to be that you could only get it from the US and paradoxically it worked out cheaper, now on the UK site the set with all three serums costs 60, and I can only get a minimal discount. Should I get it, is it worth it, or should I look for cheaper alternatives? (I already have the alternatives in mind). What were you guys experiences with this products? I'm especially hesitant about the vitamin c, since it's in very low concentration, but it is MAP which should be the best derivative for overall glow (and then maybe I could buy another product for spot treatment?)

To be honest, I never considered Glossier to be on par with the rest of the skincare world. Their formulas lack in comparison since they seen to only be about the aesthetics (in my opinion). I wouldn’t splurge on those mediocre (at best) products. Good molecules had both a Hyaluronic acid and Niacinamide and you can probably get those both for $15. In terms of Vitmain C, you might have to splurge slightly more ~15-25 but that still wouldn’t set you back as much as that set.

I like (but not love) their makeup more than skincare that's overpriced 😂

I would personally say no - I don’t think they are worth a massive splurge. Their formulas aren’t really worth the price and there is many cheaper options on the market. I would much rather prefer these:

i think glossier's skincare isn't worth it, compared to products you can get for cheaper or a similar price with better ingredients. i would definitely go with the alternatives! <3

Hmmm it difficult to say worthy or not. Because several people will like the products and the effects, but the other not like. Better you try it on your skin, so you can concluded is it worth. But, before you buy, you can check the ingredients then you can looking for similiar products too (this way if you still need time to reconsider or because the price is high)
