I decided to give this a try because the ingredient list looks like someone went through a big book of herbal medicine and picked everything that has anti-inflammatory, soothing, moisturizing and well-aging benefits, combined it with seaweed extract...

To me, the tackiness is something that is ok in the evening, but not in the morning or under make up. The extensive ingredient list is making up for this, though.

Its cheap for a ginseng serum. I haven't tried many ginseng serums but this isn't very oily. It has a slight oiliness that's you don't feel of you use one pump of the serum only. It gives a nice outer skin hydrated feeling

When i used 2+ pumps of the serum (because I was was really liking the serum) I started to break out. I think its because I didn't need the slight oiliness that's in the serum for my oily skin.
