THE BESTT!! I love it so much, the color is there. It’s just the right amount of stickiness, it isn’t sticky to the point that it’s annoying it just feels GOOD. It’s so moisturizing and lasts a long time. Definitely worth the price.

It is nonsticky formula. It is buildable and csn use it with a lipstick fir shine.
