I consider this an "okay" product since it didn't cause me breakouts or redness after use. It is very mild, which I love. The price is very inexpensive too!
This is heavily scented and has an apparent blue colorant. Just a heads up!

- hydrating!! - it made my skin feel very plump - cheap too!!! ❤️ - Hada Labo hydrating lotion dupe at 1/3 the price hahahahaha
Because my skin is very dry, this cannot replace Hada Labo's hydrating lotion bc it works better and much longer on me to keep my skin hydrated. However! If your skin isn't so dry, this would be an amazing budget friendly hydrating toner!
