this is a great toner for beginners, sensitive, oily and dry skin types! It has a runny watery consistency and is super hydrating as you apply it onto your skin! It feels like your skin is drinking a tall glass of water. It's best as a toner that helps your skin prep for the next products like serum and moisturizer.

I have nothing bad to say to this.
