I definitely felt like my skin felt fresh afterwards. I use it twice per week and I think it does help with cell turnover. I did notice a change in my complexion.

I prefer exfoliators with more grittiness. This was a very gentle exfoliant.

Microdermabrasion Resurfacing Exfoliator

It is a good exfoilator when you pair it with GoPure's Enzyme mask. I put the mask on & leave for 20 minutes. Then I put dabs of this all over my face and finally use my Flawless exfoillating brush to lightly scrub my face.

The beads seem to dissolve after a short period of time.
