This is an exfoliating toner. It was my first ever product from Mizon. It has an aesthetically pleasing packaging and comes in a good solid bottle. It dispenses off as a very runny clear liquid. It has both chemical exfoliants, glycolic acid (AHA) ...
Alcohol is the third ingredient in this toner. On top of being an exfoliating toner it is astringent as well. It was a below average product and i didnt see any difference on my skin.
