Alcohol is the third ingredient in this toner. On top of being an exfoliating toner it is astringent as well. It was a below average product and i didnt see any difference on my skin.

This is an exfoliating toner. It was my first ever  product from Mizon. It has an aesthetically pleasing packaging and comes in a good solid bottle. It dispenses off as a very runny clear liquid. It has both  chemical exfoliants, glycolic acid (AHA) and salicylic Acid (BHA) as well as a natural salicylic acid as well. It has skin conditioning and soothing extracts such as hottuniya cordata, aloe vera and centella asiatica.
