I decided to apply this moisturizer soft and smoothly without using much pressure to avoid further irritation - The gel was super easy to blend and there was a cooling effect, which I believe helped to calm the patches. The burning immediately stopped thankfully. However, I didn't find this gel very hydrating for my dry skin, so I suggest not using this as a primary moisturizer. Do not opt for this if you have severe dry skin cause it's most probably not gonna help. - I'd say, the main benefit you can get from using this is basically the calming and soothing effect. Whenever your skin feels burning, irritating or extra sensitive, then opt for this gel, it could heal. 🏆 6.5/10 is probably enough cause it didn't hydrate my skin much and at the same time it didn't cause any bad reaction
