👎🏼 I find that I HAVE to rinse it off or my skin feels tight and dry. Even though I know micellar water was first formulated as a no-rinse cleanser for when water might be scarce.

👍🏻 Effective.  Cleanses my skin well, removes makeup well. Used as AM cleanser or first cleanse to remove makeup. 
👍🏻 Gentle on my sensitive skin, skin feels nice and soft once rinsed off.  Have used the Garnier micellar water and the finish was simply not the same, Bioderma was much softer.
