Sebiaclear Creme SPF50

product review positives
UPDATE: this sunscreen is being slowly discontinued and replaced by a fluid texture version with a SPF50+ protection. FINALLY Ive found an affordable sunscreen that i can apply and reapply without feeling guilty of burning my money💸💸💸 (The original price is 12€ but i can find this product at 7 - 8€ at my local pharmacy) Indeed my other Holy Grail sunscreens are great but a tiny bit on the pricey side. 💦 Moisturizing: I personally find this sunscreen to be moisturizing enough for my oily combo skin. The creamy texture is quite lightweight, melts easily on my skin and DOESNT LEAVE ANY WHITE CAST especially when i pat the cream with my palms after applying it all over my face. It might leaves a white cast at first but it disappear when the cream is settled. 🥚Purifying and Smoothing: It contains salicylic acid, niacinamide and gluconolactone so it genuinely helps my skin not going crazy during these hot summer months. Sebiaclear SPF50 keeps my skin in a super good condition, despite hot temperatures, sweating, you name it...😅 Gluconolactone helps very gently exfoliating and my skin get smoother and smoother when applying this sun cream consistently. ⚖️Balancing: ok, dont expect a totally matte finish with this sun cream. At first, when applying it leaves an oily/shiny finish but don't panic!!! The oily finish disappears once the cream is settled. On my face, it takes 10 to 20 minutes so be aware of that. This sun cream actually leaves a natural dewy finish, not oily but not super matte either. THAT SAID, Sebiaclear SPF50 does balances and control the overproduction of sebum. Ive noticed that my skin doesnt get oilier and oilier thorough the day. TIP☑️: this sun cream honestly take time to get absorbed and set on the skin. I REALLY recommend that you apply it a good 20 minutes before going out. ✨Fades hyperpigmentation, brown spots, PIH: thanks to niacinamide and gluconolactone this sunscreen does help to fade my residual pimple marks. Honestly, its not miraculous tho. If PIH is a main concern for your skin, i recommend to apply a specific treatment or serum or ampoule before that sunscreen because, in my opinion, Sebiaclear SPF50 wont be able to do the fading job ALL alone but it definitely helps! ✂️You can skip your moisturizer: and directly apply this sun cream after your toner/m and/or essence and/or serum!!! This helps minimize any shiny finish. Because Ive noticed that when i apply Sebiaclear SPF50 after my moisturizer, it leaves quite a shiny finish. BUT when i apply this product right after my hydrating essence it is totally enough for my skin and it doesnt leave a shiny finish. ☑️TIP: be sure to wait for your essence and or serum to be FULLY dry and be FULLY absorbed before applying Sebiaclear SPF50 so it wont pill or leaves any white cast.
product review negatives
🤔Sometimes pilling when applied after a cream moisturizer. 🤔Looks very shiny and oily at first, takes quite some time to settle and be fully absorbed and then leaving a natural finish. 🤔Can stings the eyes, don't apply it too close to your eyes. 🤔Not water resistant.
