All the pads are soaked in a decent amount of toner so chances of drying out pretty low. Still as a precautionary measure I decided to open the plastic film only half way These are the dual sided pads ( smooth and embossed pattern ) I find the overall material of the pads soft so it is very gentle and non abrasive. I usually use these to wipe my skin and remove all the dust and dead cell debri . Completely scent free and come in a box of 70 pieces
