FOR LAZY READERS: A physical and chemical sunscreen in one that has a white cast when applied with a matte finish. Good at the start but makes my skin greasy at the end of the day. 😅
THE ONLY GOOD THINGS: It’s hydrating enough and works under a moisturizer, reapplying is easy even with the added white cast layer. That’s all. ✌🏻
I’ve been reading the description and claims of this sunscreen almost everyday, hoping they mention the words, “tone up” at some point but there’s none. Meaning, this product does have a strong white cast which surprised me since I haven’t used a SPF with such application in a while. 🥲 I get that it’s a mix of physical + chemical sunscreen but even for a fair skin gal like me, the white cast is very noticeable. (SEE PHOTO & VIDEO) This applies matte and you really have to blend it well for a few minutes to get a smooth matte finish. During the day, the product performed well but made me really look like a ghost. ✌🏻It took an hour for the product to slowly blend with my skin tone. At the end of the day there was excess sebum all over my face, it made my skin oily. 🥺 So oily as 🥓 and 🍖, which I don’t experience with other sunscreens. I really wanted to love this product but the cons overpowers the few pros.
