Cicaluronic Cleansing Balm ($17.40): Another product I wanted to love, but couldn’t ☹️ This cleansing balm integrates two great ingredients for skin: centella asiatica and hyaluronic acid. These help soothe and hydrate skin. The texture of the balm was really nice too— super soft and melted effortlessly. Unfortunately, this cleansing balm broke me out. I’m not too sure what ingredient it was that my skin didn’t agree with; I’m thinking it’s possibly the fragrance, but my skin usually is ok with it. I also really didn’t like the way this balm smelled. It was weird— kind of smelled like sweet eggs to me? I do have to mention how beautiful the packaging is though. It looks so nice on my shelf that it’s a shame that I won’t continue using it.
