H2O+ Beauty - midnightmoonmakeup review for Hydration Oasis Refreshing Gel Moisturizer

One of my favorite moisturizers. I received this from Beautytap in exchange for honest review. This gel cream always gets me when I open the jar to see beautiful beach blue vibes. It has a very light and refreshing scent and it makes the skin feel a little more smoother and more plump. This brand has been out since I was born and I never knew about them until now. I love this so much, its one of the few products I'm able to use AM and PM.
