Let me tell you, when I say this was love at first use, I was ready to buy a replacement before I even started!
The first thing I noticed was the smell; it does contain fragrance but has the most beautiful, spa like smell and the experience of using it is incredible. The fragrance does dissipate and I’ve not experienced any irritation from it.
The consistency is watery / runny, and if you’re quick you can get away with applying this with your hands (I’ve got that down to a fine art now!).
I absolutely love how this feels on my skin; it’s moisturising, nourishing, soothing and calming - and the sensorial experience with the fragrance is stunning!
This is one I use in my PM routine, where I layer it up with other calming ingredients and as a base for actives like acids, retinals or tret - this helps to reduce any potential irritation to my skin.
I think this would work well for most skin types for hydration and moisterisation, and will definitely be one I repurchase when empty!
