But for more calming effect, sometimes I soak the cotton using this toner and put it on some areas, and wait for 5 minutes. 🍀 This is a toner that can calms my soul omg 😩 and all the ingredients that I mentioned, you can already see that it’s a hydrating and calming skincare!
