whenever my skin gets irritated i use this as gel mask and wash it of after 15 minutes with Luke warm water this gives instant glow and smoother supple looking skin. it calms and soothes my irritated skin. Cools down skin After this I do my normal skin care routine that includes toner , serum , lotion ( PM )

It has fragrance if it's trigger you then do not buy.
