Packaging is good and nothing went right with this lip balm

But the actual product cause me so much irritation around my lip area and my lip became so sensitive that i couldn't apply any lipstick on lips for few days. I went to dermatologist for this concern. And it's test feels weird and has too much fragrance. I destroyed my product and going to throw it away.
