First of all the package is very practical, especially if you go on a trip, and in such situations this mask can be great. It is occlusive, rich, with butter like texture, and it really locks everything in making my face smooth and calm in the morning. A little amount goes a long way, so one little pack is enough for 3-4 uses. I did not notice any smell, when I spread it on my face it takes a while to absorb and leaves a non-sticky film on my face. Did not cause any breakouts and it does not peel.
Once you open the package, you should keep it tightly closed with a clip or in a zip lock bag, since after about a week it can seems to go rancid. Still, I did not throw it away, I used it as an overnight mask for my hands and it made them very soft.
