This dual-phase exfoliator serum has a very watery texture. It’s almost like water except it has a layer of oil, so it must be shaken before use.
I really like the minty scent, I guess its from the peppermint and eucalyptus 😆
Ah don’t forget about the glass bottle too, it’s super cute.
This serum is formulated with PHA, a chemical exfoliator that has bigger molecular size than AHAs BHAs, so it doesn't penetrate too deep into the skin layers. I think this serum is quite gentle on the skin so it’s suitable for sensitive skin. Well, I use it every day and so far no irritation or dryness on my skin.
The serum easily absorbs into the skin without leaving a sticky feeling. I like how it feels on my skin because it has a soothing sensation when applied.
Right after using this serum, I can see the appearance of my pores becoming less visible. The blackheads on my nose are also easy to clean.
After almost two weeks using this serum, I feel like my skin is look brighter, has an healthy glow and the sebum production was also more controlled. I can't wait to see the full results on my skin texture as I start to see my pores and skin tighten up.
One thing that I don't really like is the applicator, which has to be squeezed quite firmly. Since the texture is so watery, it makes the serum splatter and messy.
