Hydro Boost Gel Cream Extra-Dry Skin

The texture is great for combination/oily skin.

I have no clue what in this product gave me a horrible burning rash along my jawline and neck. I don't have sensitive skin and have never reacted this horribly to a product before. I even made sure to buy the fragrance free option just to be safe.
