True to the name and claims of this serum, this serum has a calming effect. With the main ingredients of Centella Asiatica, Witch Hazel & Allantoin. > Centella Asiatica which has uses to help disguise acne scars & soothe the skin > Witch Hazel & Allantoin which has uses to help shrink pores and help hydrate facial skin. The packaging also includes complete and clear instructions for use, the contents in it, etc. And in my opinion, what adds to the plus value of this serum is that it does not contain alcohol and fragrance. On my dry-sensitive skin it really gives a soothing effect, hydrates my skin. But maybe it's because I don't use this serum every day so it doesn't really affect my skin. I really like using this serum when my skin needs more hydration.
