ELF - KimSays review for Pure Skin Moisturizer

The basics: A rich cream moisturizer with oat milk, ceramides, and niacinamide. My thoughts: I really enjoy this moisturizer. It’s perfect in my AM routine; keeps my face soft and hydrated throughout the day. After a week or so of testing this moisturizer I mixed in a few drops of my niacinamide face oil, and they blended together perfectly. That’s how I use it every morning now. I am using the moisturizer in conjunction with the cleanser and toner in the Pure Skin line. All of the products play well with the other steps in my AM routine: Vitamin C serum and niacinamide face oil.
