my skin absolutely hates physical exfoliation. even the gentlest of scrubs makes my skin feel like its being ripped up and aggravates my acne. so unfortunately, this was a no for me. however, my mom and sister both tried this as well (neither of them have any issue with physical exfoliation) and they both loved it. it definitely feels way gentler than some of the other physical scrubs i’ve tried, so if you are someone who likes physical exfoliation, then i’d recommend giving this a try! but i’d avoid it if you don’t like physical exfoliation or if you have very sensitive skin.
