This face wash has a lovely fresh scent to it which I don't mind and it doesn't upset my sensitive skin. When I use it, it has a cooling effect on my skin which is perfect for waking me up in the morning! It is a gentle exfoliator that lathers up slightly and it leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth after use. It comes in a huge bottle so lasts quite a while too!

I don't think there is anything bad about this product. I suppose the fragrance could be a bad point for those who don't like it in their products.
