This light weight chemical sunscreen offers high SPF protection (UVB) 53.8 & PA protection (UVA) 16.9 against the strong UV rays, while nourishing and moisturising the skin. Formulated with the combination of unique patented Cica Barrier Complex (11,800ppm) consists of Asiatic Acid, Madecassic Acid, Asiaticoside, plus Polyquaternium-51 and chemical filters creates a multi-functional product that works as a sunscreen, essence and moisturizer. As it contain a high amount of Centella Asiatica extracts it helps to soothe, strengthen & repair the skin barrier, reducing inflammation while protecting the skin from premature signs of aging. With the addition of Actinidia Arguta Fruit Extract (Kiwi) Extract also helps to relieve skin irritation, purifies the skin and keeping the skin fresh after application.

A lightweight fluid like gel lotion sunscreen that provides high SPF protection against the scorching sun rays, . It doesn’t leave the slightest stickiness, zero white cast and no oily residues. I love how fast it absorbs leaving an immediate cooling and soothing sensations. So easy to blend in without having to tug my skin too much and melt in like a dream. Absolutely gorgeous spreadable texture that doesn’t leave my skin looking too shiny. It also doesn’t pill when goes together with other skincare. It leaves up to its claim as a multi functional sunscreen, to protect, hydrate, purify and repair the skin at one go. Perfect timing to use it right now as the weather is getting warmer and humid since this sunscreen is moisturising enough where I can go without a moisturizer that gives a long lasting hydration throughout the day. It also has additional benefits to nourish my skin having these soothing, anti inflammatory and brightening properties like Centella Asiatica, Adenosine, Madecassoside & Niacinamide that give instant relief to a flushed skin and improve the skin appearance to a dull skin.
Having said all these, this sunscreen does contain alcohol denat and essential oil (EO), thus it has a slight scent of rosemary leaf oil. I thought it would be good that I highlight it if these ingredients are your concern. Thus far, I have not encountered any negative reactions while using it. I wouldn’t also say it is totally non stinging to my eyes or passed the test as I start tearing a little after a while. I am not fond of applying sunscreens containing alcohol/EO around my sensitive eye areas so it would be best for me to avoid from using it around that particular areas.
Overall, this sunscreen is still a pleasant one to go for, if you don’t mind the alcohol & EO. I wouldn’t deny I like the comforting effect on my skin, skin barrier repair properties from Cica Barrier Complex quickly calm my skin and the refreshing finish leaves a nice feeling after application.
