BENTON - Octavianisn review for Honest Eyelash Serum

First impression, the texture of this serum is runny and dries quickly after I apply it to my eyelashes. There are also two applicators, the top is the applicator to apply the serum, then below is the brush to straighten the eyelashes. overall good, it doesn't sting but there is a slightly heavy feeling on the eyelashes.
