🌾This is a low pH toner containing Vegan Rice Milk™ (made from rice in Jeju Island) to retain moisture and Aqua Ceramide to repair and strengthen a damaged skin barrier. 🌾 𝙼𝚢 𝚝𝚑𝚘𝚞𝚐𝚑𝚝𝚜: - The toner has slightly viscous watery texture, almost gel like. It's fragrance free which is a bonus to me. - It takes a while to absorb on my skin. Once it absorbed completely my skin feels immediately hydrated, so soft and smooth. Non sticky or greasy feeling afterward. As it's quite thick I prefer to use it in winter only as my skin (combo oily) needs extra moisturised. I think people have normal to dry skin will enjoy this toner too.
