Banana Bright Eye Crème

At first this worked SO amazingly, my eyes were brightened, my eyebags nearly unnoticeable. It actually works.

I stopped using it after my eye bags went away after the first time of using it, and when I tried using it again, it gave me milia under my eyes :(
