Apricot Botanical Body Scrub

product review positives
Claims: Ultra-creamy scrub enriched with apricot kernel powder that naturally removes dead skin cells, refining skin surface Container: Brown, orange, and green 150 mL tube Color: Chestnut brown Texture: Gel-like and grainy Scent: Light apricot smell Key ingredients: • Glycerin - Moisturizing • Apricot seed powder, Sweet almond shell powder - Physical exfoliation • Lactic acid, salicylic acid - Chemical exfoliation • Cornflower water - Soothing How I use it: 1x per week in the shower, I apply an appropriate amount of my product in the palm of my hands and gently massage my body with the product. I rinse the product off after I am done. Verdict: What I liked about this product: The tube packaging looks nice and is convenient to use in the shower. There's a lot of product in the tube and the product is affordable. The scrub smells nice.
product review negatives
What I didn't like about this product: - Has more of a grainy gel than the advertised ultra-creamy consistency - The size of the exfoliating particles is very big and can irritate skin even if massaged gently. I would not recommend to use on neck and chest area, as my skin turned lobster red and became dry, and I had to apply a restorative ointment for a week to repair my skin. It is OK on legs and arms, but still feels rough on the skin.
