The Bean Essence from Mixsoon is an essence that aids in controlling excess sebum production and moisturizing skin. Its main ingredient is Soybean Ferment Extract, which aids in keeping skin moisturized. This product is alcohol-free, paraben-free, sulfate-free, allergen-free, fragrance-free, oil-free, non-comedogenic, pregnancy-safe, fungal acne-safe, and eczema-safe.
The texture of this essence is definitely unique. It's sort of slimy and stretchy - similar to products that contain snail mucin. Once it absorbs completely all of the sliminess disappears and it doesn't leave any sort of sticky feeling on the skin. This essence is very hydrating, but without making my skin feel more oily. However, aside from the added hydration, I haven't really seen any benefits from using this product. While it feels nice, this is not something that I would purchase once this bottle is gone.
