💭Thoughts
I was super curious about this because I’d never heard of an oil toner before. It has the perfect 8:2 ratio of oil (Carrot seed oil and beta-carotene) to water (Carrot water and extracts) ratio. The spray bottle delivers this toner is a light mist that has an instant cooling effect and despite ‘oil’ in the name, this toner has a very lightweight, watery and non-greasy finish. My skin is instantly nourished and revitalised. I love using this throughout the day just to give my skin an extra boost😊
