Master Soft Toner

The formula is super simple which I love! Texture is like a milk toner so slightly thicker but not too thick, no strong scent to it either so i think OK for those with sensory concerns. It contains Ceramide NP to help promote a healthy skin barrier and for me its an incredible defense against moisture loss in winter. My skin just DRINKS this.
