The Lavera Basic Anti-Wrinkle Q10 moisturizer with organic jojoba and organic aloe vera claims to counteract the signs of aging in natural way.
Claims made:
- minimizes wrinkles
- fights the first signs of skin aging
- plumps up the skin with intense moisture
This cream has a very rich texture and sure does what it claims. It plumps up the skin and leaves it absolutely nourished, BUT … I think it’s best to be used on skin that is not as sensitive as mine, at least as daytime moisturizer. For dry/sensitive skin, it is really too rich.
For dry/sensitive skin, this moisturizer is a little bit too much. It does leave a white film on my skin that does disappear with light patting of the skin, but I’ll be honest, I don’t have time for that in the morning. It also leaves my skin with a lot more “glow” than I would like, so he is what I do: I use it as a night cream instead. That way, it has plenty of time to sink into the skin and pump it up overnight.
