Maybe confusing they call it a lotion? But thats not just this brand

This ‘lotion’ is actually a toner and it was the first Jbeauty product I tried. Id compare the consistency to more of a serum thickness but its lightweight enough to be absorbed quickly into my skin. A great toner for hydration.
