The open of the tube is quite wide, squeeze carefully because a little goes a long way.
I believe there are stronger acids out there. This is good for a start.

Best point: absolutely NO irritation. 
I have acne wounds, from poped pimples and etc. Some half-healing and you can imagine the rest.
It doesn't sting, it doesn't even tickle even with freshly "open" wounds.
The area under my nose is very sensitive. This doesn't hurt.
Very easy to use. Nice and exfoliating, leaves the skin soft.
AHA is a lighter acid, best for sensitive skin.
It doesn't have a strong smell. And it doesn't linger. 
It lasted for almost a year.
