Camo CC Cream SPF 30

was so excited when I received this @elfcosmetics Camo CC Cream from @Influenster. You might have heard me mention that I love the CC+ Cream which is $$$, so I was hoping this would be a great dupe, but sadly it didn’t work out for me. I tried the color Light 240W, which is a pretty good match, if slightly too yellow. Looking at the color selection I think I did pick the right shade. It looks very natural when first applied and the coverage is not bad - I would say the IT cosmetics offers slightly more coverage but this is plenty for a CC Cream type foundation.

Unfortunately this is really drying on me. I have combo skin with an oily t zone and dry cheeks. You know me, I prep my skin well before I apply makeup. This felt nice for the first few hours, but started to really dry out my skin and made my cheeks very uncomfortable after that. It also started settling into my creases. I am quite disappointed as the packaging specifically highlights “collagen (🤨), peptides & Niacinamide”
