Luminous Putty Primer

A glowy primer that keeps the skin hydrated throughout the day. I like how it leaves a sheen on the skin. There are tiny glitter specks in the formula. Its smooth and applies easily on the skin.

Makeup comes off more easily when wearing this. It also makes my skin look oily in the summer.
