This is one of the best soothing toners I've tried 😍 I have a heat rash on my face after being out in the sun longer than I should and this helps a lot to sooth my sensitized skin. There's a faint tea-like scent to it and a watery texture that absorbs quickly without any tacky feeling, giving my skin a well hydrated feeling. I usually apply two layers for adequate hydration on my combi skin, sometimes more when my skin is feeling dry and dehydrated 💧
