I filled the dropper up and put it on the palm of my hands then applied to my face, you only need one dropper full it is a lot. I rubbed in but noticed my hands were left sticky, as for my face after drying it wasn’t sticky. E.L.F. brand is affordable but good. I would recommend.

Leaves hands sticky but not face
