EXPERIENCE This lotion is quite similar to an essence or toner by providing more of a watery texture with an earthy herbal scent. I've found it to be very effective when used as the second step in my skincare routine by applying it before serum and moisturizer. I first tried applying with my fingertips but soon discovered that using a cotton ball was more effective and far less wasteful. It absorbs wonderfully, leaving my skin feeling super hydrated without becoming sticky or having a heavy feel. I do experience moderate redness due to rosacea and it does an incredible job of calming and soothing my sensitive skin, especially during flare-ups.
