I love the cooling effect, it feels really great under your eyes! The packing is also very sleek and easy to take with you on the go. It also lasts a very long time, I've had my balm for a few months now

I don't love the blue ish tint it leaves behind, I don't wear much makeup so it looks a little strange on my face. It's easy to rub in though if needed. I'd imagine if you had some makeup on it would look better though
