Rosewater Facial Toner

This is an amazing hydrating toner. I've tried a few different kinds of toners and they either left my skin super dry or they just felt sticky afterwards. This toner leaves my skin hydrated and it helps absorb other products.

I just wish the opening of the bottle was a spray. I feel like sometimes I put to much on a cotton pad because it came out too fast
