💠My thoughts
The L'Oréal Paris Glycolic-Bright Peeling Toner is an exfoliating toner that contains 5% glycolic acid. It claims to be gentle enough for daily usage and suitable for sensitive skin.
While I don't have sensitive skin, it does seem to get sensitised easily lately and this glycolic toner didn't irritate my skin at all throughout my testing period. I've tried using it every other day and even tried daily use, and my skin seems fine with it. However if you're new to exfoliating acids, I highly recommend starting slowly before increasing usage frequency, just in case.
This peeling toner has a very watery consistency and absorbs easily into the skin without leaving any sticky feeling. It also has a fresh floral scent to it. The results is pretty instantaneous. Right after swiping the toner using a cotton pad, my skin looks smoother, brighter and has a healthy glow to it. It's effective at removing dead skin cells, reducing clogged pores, minimizing the appearance of pores and sebaceous filaments. Overall I'm satisfied with this glycolic acid toner and would recommend it, especially if you're prone to clogged pores, tiny bumps, sebaceous filaments and looking for a brightening boost.
