It’s very strong so if your skin is sensitive or damaged, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU. Even with my resilient skin, I still think the formula is a little too abrasive for my cheeks and forehead… I have to deeply hydrate afterwards 

I feel like my face is literally wiped clean of all impurities after using this. It feels especially nice on the nose area as it really scrubs in. The smell is nice and I use it once a week during one of my showers. It really is cooling like described by its name as you will feel like your face is very cold after rubbing it around. I like it.
