Laneige - localdime review for Water Bank Blue Hyaluronic Exfoliating Toner

You know this lineage water Bank Blue hydraulic exfoliating toner has quickly become one of my absolute favorite toners. I have a shelf full of toners, and some of them even claim to be exfoliating. However, all they seem to do is harshly strip my skin. That's not a gentle exfoliation. Here are some of my other observations: - Actually does exfoliate gently - Not harsh, but leaves my skin hydrated and soothed - Very lightweight and my skin always feels soft afterwards - The skincare I use following it absorbs more thoroughly - Does not strip or cause any residual dryness - Overall, it's a really well-rounded toner
