You can use it all over your face including the neck. Its super easy to use but you need to be careful from clicking it because you cant pull it back. It is very lightweight and leaves a pinkish dewy finish. But i think this works better with people who have dry skin. I do have oily/sensitive skin but it works great during winter time.
