I received a complimentary Plodica "Welcome to Water Village" kit from Korean brand, Plodica, and Picky in return for my honest opinion. This kit is sized for travel or if you want to try something new before buying full-sized items. Plodica's flagship essential line offers moisturization and gives a vital look with it's plant-based formula containing Nelumbo Nucifera Callus (Indian Lotus) culture extract. Step 1 Wakeup is a moisturizing toner, perfect for winter weather. Step 2, Fall In is a moisturizing ampoule. Not so much the product itself, but part of the agreement for receiving this item is that a review would be submitted through a Google Form. After several attempts, The Google form simply does not work. Contacting Support several times also does not work. I use Google forms for other agreements etc, and I do not have a problem; but I try to use Picky's Google form, it does not work. Picky, please fix your Google form. Also the print on the packaging is very tiny and difficult to read.
