TULA Skincare - lovelypanic review for Rose Glow & Get It Cooling & Brightening Eye Balm

Ive only tried a product like this once before by Becca Cosmetics and while i liked the product this one puts it to shame. First off the packaging is super cute. Comes in a roll up stick. Easy to use easy to apply. Has no scent whatsoever. The texture is balmy feeling. Application is easy it glids on and doesnt pull. Has an instant cooling feeling. Almost like cold water. Splashed under the eyes. I use it in the morning when i get up. Its so refreshing. It absorbs in to the skin leaving it looking radiant. Also helps to decrease my eye bags. Im excited to see what continued use does. But after one week this has become a stable in my skincare routine. I would definitely recommend this product.
